Well, there is this orange/citric cleaner in stores (can’t remember the name), and it’s supposed to be able to remove everything from gum to oil to gaoline. It’s in the cleaning section at Wal-Mart in a short, semi-thin bottle. It’s bright orange, and it dosn’t hurt anything.
